Sarah Winland Mullen, Co-Founder, has been a licensed Realtor since 2012. Following her graduation from the University of Dayton, Sarah lived in downtown Chicago for 10-years before returning to her hometown of Worthington, Ohio. She has loved experiencing the change and growth that Central Ohio has enjoyed over the past few decades. Sarah is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Realtors, and Columbus Realtors. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert, past-appointee to the Worthington Community Relations Commission, a former president of the Greater Worthington Real Estate Association, past chair of the Worthington Partnership, current secretary of the Colonial Hills Elementary PTA, member of the executive committee for Building Worthington's Future, and a member of the 2022 Worthington Schools Levy committee. Sarah LOVES investing herself in her community and using the vast connections she makes to empower her real estate clients. Sarah lives steps away from thriving downtown Old Worthington with her husband, two boys, and french bulldog.
Cathi Hawkins, Co-Founder, received her real estate license in Lexington Kentucky in 1996 and 2000 in Ohio. Cathi is a member of the Greater Worthington Real Estate Association, the Columbus Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Cathi grew up in Findlay Ohio and Worthington. She attended The Ohio State University and Bassist College of Design in Portland Oregon, studying textiles. She interned at Pendleton and then went on for 11 years to work for an Icelandic textile and clothing company, finishing her career in New York City as the Vice President of US sales. This position allowed her to travel extensively throughout the US and Europe and manage a team of 10 national sales representatives. Cathi has moved her family twice to new cities, she understands first-hand the process of moving and relocation. She enjoys helping buyers and sellers find the perfect fit for their families. Cathi lives in Worthington with her husband Dan and four children and has been involved in the community through various schools and sports organizations.
